Cheng Yu and the UK Chinese Music Ensemble have been specially invited to perform at this Chinese New Year concert, bringing together traditional Chinese instruments, orchestra, voice, and choir.
The programme features ancient melodies, folk songs, and modern works inspired by tradition, reflecting centuries of musical heritage re-imagined for today.
Performed in collaboration with outstanding musicians from the Royal College of Music and the UK Chinese Youth Choir, the concert celebrates cultural continuity and creative exchange.
Held at Sinfonia Smith Square, a Grade I listed concert hall in central London, the event offers an intimate and immersive listening experience in celebration of the Year of the Horse.
